Login Issues
1.  I have forgotten my username.
Your Ezhishi Login ID and Password will be advised by your school Chinese teacher. The format of login criterial varies for every school. To check your login ID and Password, you may contact our help desk at 67427555 or email to us your full name, school and Chinese class.
1) Canberra Primary School
2) Bukit Timah Primary School
3) Methodist Girls' School (Primary)
For students from the above schools, if you have forgotten your login ID, please approach your school Chinese teacher for assistance. Thank you.
2.  I have forgotten my password.
Reset Password via Email
a) On the login page, click Forgot Password.
b) Enter your username.
c) Select Reset via Email.
d) An email with a verification code will be sent to your email address.
e) On the Reset Password page, enter a new password and verification code.
f) You will need to enter the new password twice to confirm that you have entered it correctly.
g) Click Submit.
h) If your password has been successfully reset, you will be brought to the login page.
Reset Password by Answering Security Questions
a) On the login page, click Forgot Password.
b) Enter your username.
c) Select Reset Password by Answering Security Questions.
d) You must answer all questions correctly before you can reset your password.
e) Click Submit.
f) You will need to enter the new password twice to confirm that you have entered it correctly.
g) Click Submit.
h) If your password has been successfully reset, you will be brought to the login page.
3. I did not receive a password reset email.
When you use the Forgot Password feature to reset your password, an email with a verification code will be sent to you. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, it may be in the spam folder.
